There are three main causes: 1. The threshing drum speed is insufficient and the drive belt slips, so the grain is not threshed thoroughly; 2. The concave sieve and cleaning sieve are clogged with straw and soil, so kernels cannot fall into the grain bin; 3. The forward speed is too fast, feeding too much crop at once and exceeding the cleaning load. Solutions: run at full throttle to ensure the rated engine speed and tighten the threshing belt; stop the machine to clean debris from the sieve surface and concave gaps; reduce the travel speed, harvest dry and wet crops separately, and adjust the chaffer opening and fan air volume.
The root causes are mostly inconsistent track tension on both sides, uneven wear of the guide wheels / track rollers, and jamming of the chassis steering mechanism. Solutions: stop the machine on level ground and adjust the left and right track tension to the same standard; inspect and replace severely worn rollers and track rubber blocks; clean weeds and soil from the steering linkage, add lubricating oil, slow down when turning, and avoid sharp turns at high speed.
